One Month To ONE-derland!!


Tired of being a fatty? Join me on my one month to one-derland!

My weight loss has stalled for the past couple months because I have:
1. not followed my diet
2. not been exercises
3. basically didnt try. at all.

So now I am jumping back on the wagon, at full speed!

My goal: get down to 199lbs (one-derland) by June 1st (one month)

My plan: post on this blog to keep me motivated (hopefully!), eat the Baskous diet (high protein, select carbs), take phentermine, drink lots of water, and exercise.

Want to play along?

The Baskous diet:
90g of protein EACH day
food diary of intake
NO wheat, corn, or potato products
YES, you can eat rice and oat products, fruit and veggies too!
NO EATING AFTER 4PM!

Phentermine?
Its an appetite suppressant, basically the wonder-pill.
